At Awarenest, we believe imagination is a powerful tool—especially when we use it together. In a world that often feels heavy with crises, we create space for communities to pause, connect, and dream about something better. Real change starts when we imagine new ways of living, caring, and creating together.
Everyone knows society needs to transform to a sustainable form, but it’s challenging, complex and can sometimes feel overwhelming. AwareNest was born to support us as a citizens or organizations in getting scientific insights and overviews of the world. We host science workshops with elements of: gaming, creativity and emotions to inspire action, which uses the collective intelligence of the participants. In this way, we learn in an inspiring and fun way through fruitful conversation.
Through festivals, workshops, and shared experiences, we guide people on a journey—from everyday concerns to big-picture thinking. Along the way, we spark conversations, unlock creativity, and support action that feels real and doable. Together, we begin to shape a future that’s more just, joyful, and full of possibility—for our neighborhoods, our planet, and each other.
We don’t just engage citizens through festivals, workshops, and events—we also bring companies and organisations to the table. Through hands-on, tailored learning experiences, we help teams build the skills they need to meet the changing demands of their sector. But it’s not just about keeping up—it’s about imagining new, better ways of doing business. We create space for fresh thinking and support action that leads to real, meaningful change.
We welcome you to join us at AwareNest, no matter who you are: a workshop facilitator, planning to become one, supporting with other skills, or just being in need of a nest where awareness is at the core.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of our superb community of workshop facilitators. We have different personal and professional backgrounds and live throughout Sweden: Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö areas, but also smaller places where we love to spend community time.
